I did not start SASA Groups because I had a perfect business plan. I started it because I could not stop helping people.
I grew up watching hardworking people — good people with strong work ethics and real ambition — get held back. Not because they lacked drive. But because they lacked access. Language barriers. No roadmap. No resources. No one in their corner who actually knew how to help.
That stayed with me.
I built my career at the highest levels of business operations — supporting C-suite executives, managing complex schedules and confidential projects, and learning from the inside how serious organizations actually run. I absorbed everything I could about how businesses grow, what makes them fail, and what makes the difference between surviving and scaling.
And then I started using all of that to help the people who needed it most.
What started as small projects for people in my community grew into something bigger than I expected. Because it turned out I was not the only one who saw the gap. Business owners across DFW were hungry for real support — not generic advice, not overpriced agencies, not consultants who delivered slide decks and disappeared. They wanted someone who would show up, do the work, and stay until it worked.
That is what SASA Groups became.
